Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure that all imported and exported products conform to government or government agencies rules and policies.
- Acute knowledge of the Phillippines regionis highly desirable.
- Coordination of delivery, shipment and collection of goods with customers, suppliers, forwarders, shipping companies, contractors for stuffing containers.
- Prepare correspondences, report, invoices, shipping documents.
- Communicate and liaise with Tradenet, Government agencies for approval of all relevant documents and declarations.
- Issue of weekly/daily work orders for stuffing and loading and unloading of personal effects goods at warehouse.
- Organize and maintain shipping correspondence file record.
- Must be prepared to lift heavy boxes in to vehicles when going on door to door collection for customers goods.
- Any Ad-hoc work assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements: Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience. Salary- $3000 Weekend Work is required
