The successful candidate will join E-Commerce Logistics Department, Cargo Division. He/She will be part of the Parxl team to develop Parxl product and contribute to Parxl sales and revenue. Key Responsibilities include: 1. Prepare regular and ad-hoc report/ statistics for Parxl, E-commerce and Mail accounts. 2. Monitor parcels in transit. 3. Conduct investigations and follow up with partners on missing parcels and/or mailbags. 4. Overall IC for Parxl operations in Singapore. 5. Make bookings, prepare necessary documents and liaising with partners to ensure timely pick-up and processing of parcels daily. 6. Verification of invoices and account for Parxl expenses. 7. Conducting workshop / demo session on Parxl operation process. 8. Assist in set-up of Parxl operations in new countries. 9. Track SLA of partner performance. 10. Any other responsibilities as assign by Manager. Requirements: 1. Diploma in any discipline. 2. Experience in logistics/e-commerce logistics/freight forwarding is preferred. Familiar with external partners / vendor management. 3. Responsible, meticulous and attention to details. Comfortable to work with numbers. 4. Able to multi-task and work in fast-pace environment. 5. Team player and able to work effectively in a team. 6. Possess critical thinking and good organizational skills. 7. Good communications and interpersonal skills. 8. Familiar with Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel. 9. Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
