General Sales Agent (GSA)

representing reputable international airlines in Singapore. We provide comprehensive passenger and cargo sales, marketing, and airport operational support services.


To support our growing operations, we are seeking a

committed and experienced Cargo Sales Manager

to join our airline operations team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, coordinate, develop, promote, drive and market the products of airlines we represent and any other related product as assigned from time to time.





Responsibilites include:


Source and develop new business Coordinate with freight forwarders, airlines and clienteles Sales calls to cargo agents and /or shippers Expand the current list of clients covering all products,

for the first six months of employment

Build profiles of clients Coordinate with Head Office on pricings/ad hoc rates Maintain excellent customer service standards Space and capacity planning Evaluate market reaction to ensure timely adjustment of strategic direction to meet changing market and competitive conditions Compile and update market intelligence on both airline/aviation industry and competitors Submit action plan and weekly/monthly Sales report to VP Cargo Participate in meetings at Head Office of principals Prepare and submit RFP/RFQ whenever required Any other duties and functions to be delegated by the VP Cargo and /Management


You are expected to work independently and check with managers and/or colleagues on any issues whenever arise.

Requirements:

GCE 'A' level or equivalent qualifications. Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

in cargo operations, preferably with a GSA or airline. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Able to commence work immediately.
