Job Description
:-
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
- To ensure good workmanship
- Build Items by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
- Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items and install them where designated
- Assembles, installs and repairs furniture in client\xe2\x80\x99s place using hand tools.
- Repairs and paints dents and scratches in metal or wood
- Slide drawers in and out to test ease of movement, and adjust ill-fitting drawers, using hand tools
- Smooths irregular joints with rasp and sandpaper, and levels chair legs, using circular leveling saw
- To clean and tidy the site after installation and workshop after done with work
- Bring and throw unused materials back to Mandai and throw them in the dump provided
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:- Physically Fit Able to understand and read drawings Able to read and speak simple English Able to take measurements of Carpentry
