:

A CARRO Ambassador is responsible for improving customer experience, maintaining and cultivating relationships with our customers. They ensures the satisfaction of our customers and will do their best to fulfill any reasonable requests they may have. This role is an integral part of our commitment of service to our customers.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must be able to show that they are capable of multitasking and communicate effectively. The role is also required to work closely with various other departments to ensure that we uplift our customer's experience to the maximum.
Provide the best customer experience to ensure that they have an ultra positive experience at the showroom.

  • Responsible for inspecting and maintaining the showroom at its optimal cleanliness and tidiness condition.
  • Introducing customers to our CARRO Certified Pre-Owned (CCPO) program and warranty.
  • Informing customers of current promotions at the showroom.
  • Monitoring the behavior of customers to identify signs of aggression or other issues that may lead to disturbances or security concerns and inform duty managers accordingly.
  • Collect feedback or google reviews from customers.
  • From time to time, assist with CST ticketing inquiries.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in any customer service industry.
Able to adapt to fast paced changes and work well in a team
