Job Responsibilities:
Greeting customer on sales floor and performs a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.
Building rapport with customers, meeting prospects, greeting on drop ins, recommending promotions and packages from CARRO
Explaining features, demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road to customer research availability of models.
Delivers, familiarizes the customer with vehicle, negotiates price, trade-in allowance, discount and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicle.
Enhance reputation by accepting ownership to accomplish new and different request.
Able to meet KPI to align with CARRO to achieve success to business goals.
Job Requirement :
2 years of relevant experience in related industry will be advantageous.
Ability to quickly build relationship and present excellent product knowledge to customer/clients.
Strong prospecting, negotiation skills and customer engagement
Creating and delivering presentations to client/ customer needs
Prioritizing, good time management and organizational skills
Valid class 3 license
