You will actively pursue new business opportunities, aligning customer needs with product solutions. Last year we made product deliveries to 27,500 vessels, at over 2,000 ports.What you will work on:Drive profitable sales growth for current and new customers within the product portfolioPrioritize target lists, follow through with required activities to close deals, and demonstrate best practices in technical salesCollaborate with the Sales counterpart to integrate relevant Energy solutions into their Sales Activity PlansBuild and maintain a sales pipeline to meet specified targetsEnsure opportunities in the sales pipeline progress and convert into account salesUtilize available sales tools to identify growth areas for the assigned product portfolio and take action with target customersFoster strong customer relationships through high-quality and frequent face-to-face meetingsMaintain the highest level of technical and practical understanding of Energy solutions within the sales organization and apply this knowledge commerciallyAccurately update the WSS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with visit reports, opportunities, and dealsEnsure full compliance with WSS sales governance and risk management for your portfolioWhat you need to succeed in the role:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent marine qualification preferredPreferably international sales experience in technical salesExperience as marine engineer or knowledge with fuel oil and propulsion system is advantageousResults oriented and with demonstrated achievements in salesProven record of establishing and maintaining relationships with customersAbility to work independently by planning and organizing own workAmbitious and a strong desire for success with a commercial mindsetAble to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.What we are looking for:Ability to act on initiative in a proactive mannerGood interpersonal, influencing and networking skills with awareness of global cultural differencesResults and process driven, with a high level of responsibilityCo-operating attitude being a team player that adapts to the team and builds team spirit, listens, consults and communicates proactively and upholds ethics and valuesWhat we offer:Working in Wilhelmsen can offer a culture and work environment of strong leadership, career development, work-life balance and a job that is both challenging and stimulating.
