About The Role You will be part of the FAM@FSC team to conduct programmes to support the families with children of parents undergoing divorce, with the aim to enhance the parent-child and coparenting relationships - Parents and their children for About The Role You will be part of the FAM@FSC team to conduct programmes to support the families with children of parents undergoing divorce, with the aim to enhance the parent-child and coparenting relationships - Parents and their children for the acrimonious divorce cases referred by the Family Justice Court (FJC) under the Supervised Exchange and Supervised Visitation (SESV) orders - To engage and conduct intake assessment for the SESV cases - To observe and record the parent-child interactions during the SESV sessions - To prepare reports to the FJC for the review of the SESV cases - To facilitate parents and children's groupwork sessions for the divorced families - To support the team in administering client's feedback forms and programme evaluations - To assist the team in SSNet and database management - To attend to enquiries and referrals from the public or other agencies - To carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD and supervisor Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: - Degree in Social Sciences (e.g. Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Sociology, etc.) or, Bachelor Degree in any discipline with diploma in social services - At least 2 years of experiences working with children and parents or children Core Competencies: - Able to engage and attend to court-mandated clients - Comfortable to manage highly acrimonious divorce cases - Able to work from Tuesdays to Saturdays, and ad-hoc weekday evenings - SESV (supervised exchange and supervised visitation) Preferred achievements / characteristics: - Acquire good observational, communication and writing skills - Able to work well in a multi-disciplinary team and relevant stakeholders - Able to engage and work with children and youth Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview.
