About The Role You will be part of our FAM@FSC team providing family and marital counselling services to individuals and families to enhance their resilience, psychological functioning and family relationships. The key responsibilities of the job About The Role You will be part of our FAM@FSC team providing family and marital counselling services to individuals and families to enhance their resilience, psychological functioning and family relationships. The key responsibilities of the job include: - To assist in the administrative duties of cases. - To man the reception of the office and answering of phone calls. - To schedule and call participants for groupwork programmes. - To prepare logistics for the sessions, monitor and keep track of attendance and feedbacks of participants. - To assist in child-minding activities and co-facilitation of supervised exchange and visitation sessions for parents and children. - To assist in consolidation of data for reporting purpose. Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: - Poly Diploma in Social Work or WSQ Diploma in Social Service. - Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in administrative work or community outreach or social services. - Proficient in data processing software such as MS Excel. Core Competencies: - Passionate and committed to work with parents and children. - Meticulous and ability to organise and manage data and knowledge of data processing software, with strong administrative and organisational skills. - Willing and able to work on some weekday evenings and Saturdays. Preferred achievements / characteristics: - Good coordination and collaborative skills. - Fluent in another language such as Mandarin, Malay or Tamil will be useful. - Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
