Job Responsibilities:

Conduct regular day and night street outreach; engage youth through activities on the streets.
Provide counselling and case management for clients.
Design, implement and evaluate outreach activities and intervention programmes for street youths.
Plan and manage meetings and case conferences with community partners
Maintain and document records of all outreach activities and case sessions.
Conduct talks and workshops in schools.

Requirements:

MUST possess minimum Degree in relevant training
Have good interpersonal skills
Strong team player with excellent organisational skills
Flexible in your working hours, according to the needs of the programmes and clients
