Responsible for providing Supervised Facilitated Access and Supervised Handover services for clients as per MSF requirements Work Location The Salvation Army Children and Youth Group -Youth Development Centre Address: 65 Kallang Bahru, #01-305. Singapore 330065 Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: Schedule and organize child access, handover sessions as per case requirements Closely observe and monitor interactions during access service and identify issues that may hinder reunification Prepare progress report for submission to MSF CPO as scheduled or when requested Core Competencies: Work with TSA clinical team to plan and implement effective counselling or programme for developing of necessary skills for reunification Provide professional support to CAS by undertaking administrative task, sharing information and responding to queries. Preferred achievements / characteristics: Bachelor Degree in Social Work or a related field Keen to work in children and youth sector A good communicator Work in collaboration with the team Have strong conflict and interpersonal skills Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview.
