Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements related to Cash Management and VAM, including Virtual Account Management solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that optimize cash and liquidity management processes, leveraging VAM products and technologies.
• Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of new system functionalities and enhancements to improve Cash Management and VAM operations.
• Work closely with business representatives, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within Cash Management and VAM workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, test cases, and user guides for system changes.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure they meet business requirements and adhere to quality standards.
• Provide training and support to end users on new system functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of Cash Management and VAM solutions.

• Minimum of 6 to 10+ years of experience in an IT organization, specializing in Cash Management, Liquidity Management, or Virtual Account Management (VAM) as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in the implementation of Cash Management products, particularly Virtual Account Management (VAM), within large banking environments.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements and developments.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, tools, and systems integration processes within the Cash Management and VAM domain.
• Proficiency in VAM products such as TietoEvry, iGTB, Mindgate, Oracle, Finacle, and other relevant cash and liquidity management solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose innovative solutions to optimize Cash Management and VAM processes.
• Experience in documenting business requirements, solution designs, test plans, and user manuals for system implementations and enhancements.
