Job DetailsSenior Functional Tester Cash Management and PaymentsLocation:SingaporeContract type:Sector:Information TechnologySalary:$ 1299 - $ 1400Job Ref:438082Date published:24-Apr-2024.Senior Functional Tester Cash Management and Payments Position In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek for a Business analyst/tester to join our Core Banking IT department in charge of the development and maintenance of the International Core Banking System of Credit Agricole CIB. This information system is deployed in 25 business units all around the world. The system has multiple modules to manage reference data, commercial back office functions (payments, remittances, loans, deposits, guarantees, letters of credit ), accounting, management control and credit risk monitoring. The system caters to local regulatory reporting needs and head office reporting, based on a data warehouse. The candidate will be in charge of understanding the requirements and to test the payment system of the bank which is Global Pay Plus - Sevice Platform (GPP-SP) from Finastra (previously D&H). The role will focus primarily on testing the various evolutions of the in-house solution together with the payment engine (GPP-SP). Main responsibilities As a Functional Tester:

• Handle the core banking systems and payment systems various test phases : regression tests, integration tests, functional tests, test automation
• Good Knowledge and working experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
• Define functional test scenarios for core banking and payment systems
• Overall responsible for ensuring User acceptance testing for all the streams.
• Maintain up to date test libraries (test scenarios, test cases)
• Working with SIT & UAT Testing Team, reviewing, testing scenarios, test cases and helping developers and testers in clearing their doubts about the requirements etc.
• Recording defects utilizing defect tracking tool with priority and severity and alert the management
• Manage planning, communicate with stakeholders
• Prepare regular reports on test results
• Supporting the business users for User Acceptance Testing
• Supporting Operations team / Business Users team to complete the testing
• Managing testing at times when required and found the issues / testing not closing or moving as expected
• Lead Defect Management related actives Qualifications and Profile The position requires a minimum of 5-8 years relevant business analyst/tester experience with Payment systems and Core Banking applications. Functional
• Good knowledge in Payment area like interaction with Clearing, payment file format ISO20022, SEPA and SWIFT. Hands-on experience with such data mapping and testing.
• Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels.
• Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments.
• Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications
• Experience in following areas is a plus: Retail Banking, Wholesale & Corporate Banking, Corporate commercial Payments, International & Domestic Payments, Payment Hub/Factory, Correspondent Banking, ACH, Real Time Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, Compliance/AML, FX, Messaging (Swift and ISO) & Trade Finance Technical
• Hands on experience on testing methodologies
• Working knowledge of ALM/QC/JIRA Other Professional Skills and Mindset
• Work on complex systems and a challenging international work environment
• Knowledge of all phases of IT system development and implementation life cycle
• Highly analytic and detail oriented in approach with Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience converting highly complex information into clear, concise documentation.
