Contribute to the growth of operating deposits by selling cash and working capital solutions in our key markets.
Assist in preparation of sales pitches/ RFP, to facilitate marketing of GTB solutions for both internal and external parties.
Review and organize notes after client meetings and coordinate any follow up actions.
Assist in monitoring and managing of existing client portfolios to reduce cost to serve, maintain price competitiveness and optimize profitability.
Monitor deal implementation to accelerate revenue realisation and to address barriers towards full revenue realisation.
Manage internal stakeholders involved in sale and after sales process (RM, Legal, ICS, BBCSC, RCU, O&T) to optimize client experience.
Compile regional financial and business driver reporting, including data analytics for management reviews, strategic planning, key performance indicators and campaign tracking.
Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and to identify new areas of opportunities.
Oversee external and internal marketing strategy working with GWB Marketing and Group Brand and Communications, including industry and product events, awards, townhalls, websites and email communications.
Initiating project/process enhancement as the need arises.
Qualifications Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years\' experience in cash management and financial analysis
Possess strong leadership and inter-personal skills to manage clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in preparing presentation decks, independent and able to discharge duties without much supervision.
Good understanding of business drivers, analytics, and data management.
Independent self-starter and willing to share knowledge and expertise.
Self-motivated and energetic individual who will question the status quo and drive results.
Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to interact with people at different levels.
Possess positive working attitude, with resilience and good adaptability to take on different challenges.
Able to work effectively in a team.
Spoken and written Mandarin would be an added advantage.
