We are looking for an enthusiastic cashier/retail assistant team member! Job Title: Cashier/Retail Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Take orders from customers
- Serve and sell food to customers
- Follow top standards of F&B safe practices, hygiene policies and procedures
- Provide best quality customer service in a fun cafe and retail environment
- Help with unpacking of merchandise when required
- Check freshness and use-by dates of products
- Genuine love of and interest in food
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of an enthusiastic and friendly team
- Ability to visually check products for quality and freshness
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Willingness to learn
- Prior hospitality or retail experience is preferred
- Willingness to work weekends and some holidays
- Operate electronic devices including IPad, scales, price scanner, POS
- Possess a valid food hygiene cert
