Responsible for the overall design direction of new games and new features plus the preparation of related planning documents
Responsible for communicating with related product, art, development, and testing teams to implement specific game design requirements

Requirements

Must be a huge gaming enthusiast with rich experience in gaming and familiar with the casual game category
Interested in studying games and a flexible thinker, who\xe2\x80\x99s able to analyze the design principles of different in-game systems and levels and make suggestions on how to improve these
Active and avid Internet user who\xe2\x80\x99s up to date with game industry trends, the latest Internet products, plus user experience and product design trends
Experience in game numerical design is preferred
