Airside Concessions

The ideal candidate will take on the role of Advertising, Marketing & Promotions - contract staff must be able to commit a full-time working hours for a minimum of 1 year.

What will you do:

We are looking for a contract staff to join our Advertising, Marketing & Promotions (AMP) team in the Commercial Division. He/She will support the AMP team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to excite customers and elevate the Changi shopping experience.

\xc2\xb7 Support with the planning and execution of airport-wide marketing campaigns and promotions (such as Changi Millionaire, Christmas Shopping Promotions, Travellers Promotions) with the objective of driving concession sales.

\xc2\xb7 Support the planning and execution of in-airport advertising and publicity assets including overseeing adaptations and liaison with our production partners

\xc2\xb7 Plan, develop and implement social media and digital contents that are inline with brand/campaign messaging to maximise visibility and publicity.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in marketing expenditure tracking and processing.

\xc2\xb7 Analyse campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in other ad-hoc marketing projects and duties from time to time.

Who we are looking for:

\xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant marketing experience - preferably with a diploma / degree in Mass Communication, Business/ Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism. Fresh are welcomed to apply.

\xc2\xb7 Creative and meticulous individual with great initiative and a positive attitude

\xc2\xb7 Strong desire to learn with a sense of ownership

\xc2\xb7 Able to manage stress and challenges in a fast-paced environment

\xc2\xb7 Competency in Microsoft Office software such as MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel is required

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of design know-how and skillsets in photo editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop is a plus

\xc2\xb7 May be required to work on weekends during special marketing campaigns/events, but time off will be given

\xc2\xb7 Must be fully vaccinated as this position requires the employee to return to the workplace.
