Job Description
- Experience in liaison with customers on buffet orders and setting up buffet - Ensure smooth functioning of operation - Handle and attend to customer complaints - Ensure and maintain cleanliness o - Experience in liaison with customers on buffet orders and setting up buffet - Ensure smooth functioning of operation - Handle and attend to customer complaints - Ensure and maintain cleanliness of the operation hall - Take charge of weekly staff duty roster, replenishment of supplies and menu preparation - Handle catering, events and outdoor sales orders - Attend to customer complaints and ensure high service standard and cleanliness of restaurant - Monitor staff work performance, image, discipline and on the job training - Able to work 6 days a week including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays - Any other duties as and when assigned by the Restaurant Manager
