Perform cold calling to acquire sales leads To hit weekly KPI as set Use creative planning in the design and structure of catered events & menus Working closely with clients to include handling inquiries related to food and beverage Coordinate with internal food production and service team - Staff, Servers, Chefs, Runners to ensure the successful execution of catered functions Conduct site inspection prior to events commencement Any other ad hoc duties assigned REQUIREMENTS At least 1 year of sales experience in any of the related field - Catering Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Wedding Possesses own laptop
