Job scope:

Respond to email enquiries pertaining to corporate & wedding events and advise clients on feasibility
Prepare customized proposals and planning of the event flow with the clients
Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels
Liaise with internal stakeholders for the execution of the event accordingly to the timeline
Work closely with the Chefs to come up with creative ideas and bespoke food menus
Conduct site inspections when necessary prior to the commencement of the event
Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

At least 1 to 3 years of sales experience in any of the related field - Catering Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Wedding
Comfortable to work after office hour to ensure the events run smoothly ( if requested)
