Manage and drive event sales and catering teams to achieve revenue targets
Engage in sales activities, manage accounts, update booking status and implement plans to maximise business opportunities
To follow-up on all bookings, tentative or confirmed on timely basis accordingly for bookings being held.
Ensure teams are focused on customer satisfaction in all activities
Support team members in negotiating sales and packages for incremental revenue
Responsible for meeting sales plans and tracking individual client account's monthly sales targets.
Take the lead role in working with the Executive Chef on menus planning and customization
To conduct post-event, follow up with clients
Ensure positive guest feedback is received
Ensure and regularly review the billing processes to ensure that payments are properly managed
Provide monthly sales report to management.
Requirements:
Preferable 2 to 3 years' experience as sales manager in F&B industry.
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related major
Preferable fluent in written and spoken Chinese/ English (Good written and verbal communications skills in Chinese/English to maintain and develop good relationships with customers.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated successful experience in making presentations and negotiating contracts with clients
Diligent, initiative and result-driven.
Independent with good interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
