DESIGNATION : Catering Sales Support Admin

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities

  • Support the Catering Sales Manager in the administrative duties
  • To handle, answer, and reply all incoming telephone calls and incoming inquiries
  • Prepare and create catering quotations and assist clients up till confirmation of sales
  • Assist to monitor customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support
  • Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to provide timely catering order service and resolve issues
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Relevant experience required.
