Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Equipment Wholesaler
- Position Title: Sales Support Admin
- Working Location: Tuas West
- Working Hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm (One Saturday per month, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Coordinating the sales team by preparing quotations, following up with the order process till receipt of payment, filing documents.
- Support the end-to-end daily commercial operations aspect.
- Coordinating the operations team for the arrangement of engineer(s) onboard the vessel locally/overseas.
- Handle customers\' disputes or complaints and minimize such occurrences.
- Prepare sales report for management review.
- All other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
