Job Summary:
The Catering Services Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing catering operations to ensure smooth service delivery, quality food standards, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage catering events and daily Tingkat operations.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and provide suitable catering solutions.
Supervise and train catering staff to ensure efficient performance.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
