Details of the Division and Team:
The Business Product Specialist participates in the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle for new or existing products. The role encompasses a broad set of activities required to get the product (or set of products) to market and to support it thereafter. The candidate is required to engage actively in gathering demand from stakeholders across Sales, client service, regulatory, operations and technology, lead business case evaluation and business analysis to identify how value is created, ensuring strategic product design that meets Client/market/stakeholder requirements within expected timelines. The Business Product Specialist assists in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements to define the product vision. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met, through monetization of delivered product capabilities. Partakes in product strategy formulation to generate competitive advantage for clients and drive value creation. Conducts regular product reviews to resolve any obstacles and issues that may arise during a product\xe2\x80\x99s lifecycle. Provides ongoing analysis of the product in the marketplace, articulates the needs of the market, reports competitor activity and plans development of future releases. Works to ensure the product supports the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall strategy and meets legal and regulatory compliance.
Role entails regional Corporate Cash management product demand governance and prioritization with various application owners for delivery through systematic business case evaluation and prioritization. The business product specialist looks through digital solutioning lens and explore F2B automation opportunities that can be leveraged for the best fit outcome. He/She works with multiple stakeholders such as technology, Sales & country product managers, operations, services team, solution architects, business architects and application owners to deliver the APAC prioritized demand pipeline. One of the key responsibilities will be expanding remit of \xe2\x80\x9cDocument digitalization\xe2\x80\x9d backed workflow solutions. lead assessment and make remediation proposal for Client specific requirements.

Your key responsibilities:
Regional Product demand delivery responsibility for Cash Management products, working in close collaboration with Regional Product Leads & Global Product teams.
Curate product demand and get a thorough F2B understanding of the client/user journey
Design, implement and commercialize capabilities and solutions relating to APAC CCM product demand
Actively monitor, follow-up & escalate demand delivery timelines and provide regular updates to senior management product delivery milestone working in close partnership with Technology, application owners and other stakeholders.
Participate in prioritization discussions by evaluating business case and drawing conclusions basis factors that are critical for product delivery such as regulatory compliance, audit remediation, cost reduction and revenue driven client demand.
Look for innovative product solutions using creative mindset, that allow for efficient, cost effective products to be rolled out with robust risk & controls design elements.
Closely collaborate with stakeholders to understand the problem statement and work with architects and application owners to design products that fulfill the requirements
Work in partnership with technology and operations to enable seamless front to back, client focused delivery and product capabilities that are relevant regionally and globally
Partner and collaborate with other Cash functions- FX, payments & Liquidity and other Non-Cash functions such as Securities, Trade Finance etc, where required to enable an end-to-end digital delivery model.
Review JIRA based product requirements and lead discussions with the demand owner to standardize and clearly articulate requirements, expected outcomes and acceptance criteria.
Conduct independent Front-to-Back Process Reviews to identify process improvement, as well as opportunities for expansion of product and service offering to our clients.
Actively contribute & support wider Product Management team on various strategic Product initiatives.
Your skills and experience:
Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders (Managing Director & Director level) within a high pressure, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
7 years in financial services industry having thorough knowledge and understanding of Transaction Banking products specifically Cash Management and Transactional FX.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience of operating in Product design and delivery domain within Cash Management or Transaction banking function.
Strong project delivery in previous roles using agile methodology
Understanding of digital market trends and product & solutions that exist in the broader industry
Excellent problem solving and solutioning skills.
Ability to analyze, challenge & simplify complex business processes to align with global strategies & priorities.
Understanding of Financial & Non-Financial Risk & Control frameworks used in financial services industry.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (written & verbal).
Self-motivated, approachable and an excellent team player.
Advanced knowledge of MS-Office and proficiency in building dashboards using modern visualization tools, power points etc.
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply
