At the heart of Deutsche Bank is the Corporate Bank (CB), a market leader in cash management, trade finance, lending, trust and agency services and securities services, as well as risk management for foreign exchange and interest rates - Securities Services (SeS) provides custody, clearing and settlement and fund services to global custodians, broker/dealers, and prime brokers as well as buy-side firms and other institutional clients.
In SeS, we are recruiting for a dedicated product professional in our Singapore based product management team to be digital & data solutioning lead for Securities Services APAC to support growth plans. In addition to daily and tactical matters, the successful candidate will be empowered and be responsible for designing solutions and rolling-out new products that support clients\xe2\x80\x99 connectivity strategy and requirements.

Your key responsibilities:
Primarily responsible to deliver best in class product offering that is competitive and differentiated, working with internal stakeholders and partners.
To directly work with clients in devising new solutions and work on strategic partnerships. Responsible for digital & data initiatives and remain current on industry trends/developments through active participation in industry dialogues, engagements, meetings, and events.
Lead and drive new product design in line with business objectives with an emphasis on digital and data. Direct and manage the \xe2\x80\x9cNew Product Approval (NPA)\xe2\x80\x9d process. Ensure products adhere to the appropriate bank governance and that foreseeable risks have been properly considered/mitigated.
Execute and deliver with Technology and Operations as a multi-disciplined team to meet quarterly objectives and targeted key results.
Provide regular updates on industry developments, changes, or potential changes in the markets through internal updates, issuance of newsflashes, organizing events and training, annual update of market guide, factsheets and other relevant market information documents.
Your skills and experience:
10+ years relevant experience within financial services in Singapore/APAC.
5 years+ relevant hands-on experience within securities services (custody, clearing, fund services). Demonstrable knowledge of local market regulations, market developments, industry trends.
5 years+ experience in digital/product management/business development/client management/operations/technology.
Familiarity with a matrix reporting environment, comfortable working with ambiguity and in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication (written/verbal/listening) skills.
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
