Mandatory Skill(s)
Experience in managing digital projects;
Established experience in Digital marketing;
Exposure to SEO ,Content Marketing, Social Media Engagement, Influencer Marketing;
Experience in Data Analytics and Optimisation, Partnerships and Collaborations;
Experienced in Campaign Management;
Able to work with Data to draw out effectiveness of strategies.
Desirable Skill(s)
Possess knowledge in Improving Website Conversion Rate.
Responsibilities
Develop Digital Product Proposition by formulating effective proposition, assess market acceptance and iterate continuously to achieve the desired outcome;
Utilise data indicators, to identify opportunities to increase penetration of digital adoption;
Focus on customer immersions to understand customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and defines a digital experience that meets customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs;
Conduct researches and first-hand inputs to identify, pain points and the most efficient/customer-friendly User Interface experience;
Use effective means to grow online acquisition channel share and leverage the digital platforms;
Engage Product and Business Analytics on targeted marketing campaigns to target the right customers;
Drive and iterate effective and engaging key digital initiatives with various stakeholders from onboarding till fulfilment;
Assist with UAT, user training, any post production issues once implementation is done.
