:Details of the Division and Team:You will be part of Investment Banking Operations team responsible for to provide regional and global Middle Office support for the Commodities business in APAC as well as engagement in new business rollout. That\xe2\x80\x99s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:Primarily supporting the Global Commodities business in Singapore relating to FX and Derivative settlements of precious metals transactions, including tech enhancements of systems, implementing controls processes in relation to regulatory changes or new control requirements, standardizing processes in the regionPerform and analyze end-to-end processes for area of improvements for better automationKey contact point to resolve client issues and queriesTaking part in new business initiatives & NPAs/NTAsYour skills and experience:Minimum 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a Middle Office role in Commodities in financial services industryProven product knowledge in Base Metals and Precious Metals, including OTC DerivativesProven experience in managing projects on new product initiativesProven understanding of physical commoditiesProven organizational and communication skills; role will be interacting with both desk heads, regional and global operations leadsAbility to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and work as part of a wider regional teamHigh personal motivational levelsProven Excel and Power Point skillsRole is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
