That\xe2\x80\x99s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:With a clear focus on responding to client inquiries and requests on a daily basis paired with a focus on the strategic development of the eCommerce team in the region:Key responsibilities of the role are:Service clients on a daily basis with respect to all inquiries and requestsOn-going communication with Clients, Front Office and other departments to identify and implement efficienciesIdentifying areas for automation and support of strategic solutions for Operations, Front Office and ITUnderstanding disruptive / digital market evolution and the impact on TAS in the region \xe2\x80\x93 perform opportunity analysis and product development requirements as necessaryDrive and deliver initiatives to improve the team\xe2\x80\x99s delivery processes and methodsEnsure any operational change is implemented with full understanding of risks & control.Closely monitor progress of integration initiative through various approval steps (internal / external) as outlined in transition process.Drive issue resolution or options articulation around any problems or challenges that crop up in the course of execution of above initiatives.Process and provide ad-hoc support for requests from Clients and internal teams.Provide oversight and manage support teams for outsourced processesYour skills and experience:\xe2\x80\x9cRole is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
