The CCTV Engineer is a rewarding role with opportunities for career progression.
You will be responsible for providing maintenance and technical support for our clients' equipment and systems.
What you'll be doing
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and implement timely resolutions
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop preventative maintenance plans
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system upgrades
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Preferrable with knowledge of networking and IP/TCP protocol
In-depth knowledge in CCTV, Access Control and System Server etc.
Hands-on experience in security-related tasks such as OS tightening, patching and updating, virus scanning will be an added advantage.
IT Certification in windows system & storage, network, database, virtualization, cloud technologies will be an added advantage
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
