Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
  • Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Install CCTV and new office equipment
  • Assist in the meeting for the set-up of technical equipment.
  • Ensure good internet access in the office area.
Job Qualifications:
  • Degree in computer science, Information technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience
  • A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An openness to learning new technologies.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php27,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
  • IT Helpdesk Support Specialist: 3 years (Required)
Expected Start Date: 06/01/2023
