Job Description

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Work Location: Changi Naval Base // Project office at YTC Building
• Salary: $3,500-4,000
• Project contract based (start from 29 Jan, estimated 27 months until project completion)
• Construction // BCA // Marine // CCTV

• Degree in Construction Facility Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA.
• Experience in a marine construction company is favourable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.

Job Scope:

• Supervise building CCTV & security system.
• Ensure compliance with CCTV Code & Security requirements.
• Conduct daily check on installation works.
• Conduct coordination work with other trades.
• Assure compliance to code of practice.
• Understand of CCTV & security system operation & function.
• Prepare & submit permit to work application.
• Assist operation & construction team on site activities related to Fire & security system.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
