Job Description
Job Highlight: If you have Min 2 years of experience installing and configuring security systems such as CCTV systems, Access control and Fingerprints, you are most welcome to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Perform site survey and propose feasible solutions.
- Install & configure IP CCTV systems to pair with the associated Access Control Systems.
- On-site Installation & Commissioning & Troubleshooting of CCTV Systems
- Provide effective On-site/Remote Technical Support to diagnose and rectify IP CCTV technical issues.
- Conduct user training to teach the customers how to operate their CCTVs.
- Evaluate signal quality and performance with computers, networks, and software.
Qualification :
- Minimum Nitec/Higher NITEC in Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or relevant
Requirement:
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals: HTTP/HTTPS, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, firewalls, Ethernet/Cabling, PoE, and software systems.
- Must be able to create URL link for the customer to view CCTVs from Internet Browser.
- A Good team player as well as a reliable individual performer.
- A positive attitude towards customer service and good communication skills.
- Passionate for providing excellent customer service.
- Customer focused and keen on exceeding expectations.
- Posses Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
Other information:
- 5 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week (8.30 am to 5:30 pm)
- Near City Hall MRT
- Need to travel to sites island wide
