Job Description

:

1. Support the CDCs & CCs to engage and outreach to heartland merchants and hawkers

2. Guide and encourage merchants and hawkers to sign up for the CDCs\xe2\x80\x99 scheme and equip them with the knowledge and skillsets during the onboarding process

3. Perform simple troubleshooting on IT devices formerchants, hawkers and residents

4. Liaison for CDCs\xe2\x80\x99 merchants, hawkers and residents to handle enquiries and feedback related to the scheme

5. Lead in fact findings on public feedback about merchants

6. Basic note-taking & reporting

7. Assists in data entry and hygiene

8. Maintain and build relationships with merchants plus other relevant stakeholders like Merchant Associations, COs, residents, student, youth and SIWA volunteers

9. Support Grassroots in Residents engagement

10. Collection of human-interest stories e.g. Quotes and Photo-taking

11. Solicit survey & conduct ground observations

Work Schedule:

Location: Toa Payoh

Salary: $3000/month

Duration: 1 Year

5-day workweek but work schedule is to be determined by the respective CDCs (i.e. the workday).

Example of 5-day work week:

Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00am to 6.30pm

Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm

Lunch: 1 hour

(May be required to work on weekends or public holidays)

Job Requirement:

1. Good relationship management/interpersonal communication skills.

2. Knowledge and ability to guide others on the use of smart phones/devices and e-payments.

3. Strong team-player, yet able to work independently.

4. Comfortable with working on weekends/scheduled roster/afternoon shifts

5. Willing and able to travel and walk for long distances/from one point to another
