Leading Utilities Group company

Salary: $2600 - $3400 + bonus (Depending relevant experience)

Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible

Working Location: Toa Payoh

Working days & hours: Rostered by Team Lead

08.00am - 5.00pm (Monday to Sunday). Either half day work Saturday or full day work Sunday

Job Duties

• Build and educate on awareness on centralised cooling and other smart sustainable solutions
• Explain benefits of centralised cooling and how it contributes to moving the needle on climate change
• Engage and onboard residents to sign-up for centralised cooling
• Follow up on residents\' engagement (pre-call, post call notes)
• Grow the brand presence and mindshare through
• Helping to monitor market and social media listening channels
• Foster and engage direct feedback and through relationships with residents, channelling them back to management as actionable insights
• Engage in culture of continuous improvement and learning by providing ideas that will drive excellence in the Service Ambassador team.
• Ensure operations are smooth include delivery of messaging, sales, customer service and business reporting
• Maximise customer engagement through daily operations and efficiency to handle scheduled volumes

Requirements:

• Good communication and people skills - Approachable, enjoys interacting with people Passionate about Sustainability and Interest in energy efficiency and sustainability
• Strong attention to details - co-ordination and ability to organize specific operational tasks
• Strong Team player - able to work effectively with others in a face-paced team- oriented environment
• Able to work on weekends
