Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) checks for all new and existing clients in accordance with Singapore and CIMB Group's regulatory requirements. Perform enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk customers (individuals or entities) Review and validate customer information, documents, and other data related to customer accounts. Collect and verify KYC (Know Your Customer) information including identity verification, addresses, and sources of funds. Ensure completeness and accuracy of CDD files and documentation. Identify and report any suspicious activities or potential money laundering risks. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations. Maintain and update customer information in the Bank's existing CDD system (NetReveal), ensuring all data is accurate and complete. Ensure customer records are properly categorized according to the established risk profiles. Provide support during audits and examinations related to CDD and KYC practices. Work closely with compliance, risk, legal, and other relevant teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of due diligence information. Communicate with clients, internal teams, and third-party service providers to gather the necessary documentation and information. Support the roles and tasks assigned by the supervisors in relation to the job scope. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share insights and address challenges Identify and implement continuous improvement plans to ensure a more prudent and effective management of the function.

Requirements

Min. Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline Min. 5 years of relevant banking experience (in areas concerning KYC and/or AML) Meticulous and excellent time management skills Team player with good people skills, driven and independent * Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
