  • Ensure that customer enjoy an excellent quality service.
  • Ensure that the business achieves projected revenue and profits.
  • Supervise and coach staff member on performance expectations, and client service standards.
  • Develop or implement marketing strategies for the Center
  • Train staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities.
  • Record, resolve and report guest complaints.
  • Ensure staff act in accordance with company standards and procedures with regard to health and safety
  • Maintain a cooperative and communicative working relationship with stakeholders and ensure the same for all level of staff.
