Singapore Coffeeshop/Central Kitchen looking for HEAD of CENTRAL KITCHEN OPERATIONS (for North & South Indian food preparation).
Candidate must have at least 10 years experienced in North & South Indian food cuisine preparation in Hotels or Restaurants environment.
Must be able to manage the QC of spices & condiments suited for marinating/cooking of different dishes.
To effectively manage the central kitchen team accordance to Company's directions.
Posses good knowledge use of different typical Kitchen equipment (Slicer, Mincer, Mixer, Ovens, Quick-Freeze, etc).
Require to oversee & guide new cooks at different Company's outlet locations around Singapore for QC checks on quality food preparation.
Manage and prepare inventory forecast for all supplies.
Working days: 6 days per week.
Working hours: To be advised.
Pay increment will be based on worker's initiative, attitude and flexibility on work performance (1-3 months).
Full compensation benefits, as recommended by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (including variable bonuses, medical insurance, annual leave, medical leave & hospitalisation leave) will be provided after completion of 3 months probation period.
