Job Description

  • Identify training needs for Plant employees/ cross training
  • Ensure compliance in Workplace Safety & Health initiatives
  • Ensure production output, downtime, and defects are well managed
  • Ensure production processes adhere to specifications and quality standards
  • Provide support in the stock-taking of raw / packaging materials
  • Assist in the Central Kitchen production operations
  • Preparation of pre-cook food items for restaurants
  • Prepare and determine the right quantity of various ingredients for sauces
  • Monitor the inventory level and notify the Production Manager when the stock level is low
  • Familiarise with all sauces and cooking methods for all food production items
  • Maintain daily cleanliness of workplace
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Need to comply with Halal requirement
  • Prefer 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the F&B manufacturing environment
  • Ability to make sound recommendations and decisions under work pressure
  • Diploma in Engineering / Food Science with a minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment
  • Possess good leadership and a positive working attitude.
