& Requirements

1. Coordinate maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time.

2. Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification

3. Prepare and maintain comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals

4. Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS

5. Work closely and collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance

7. Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and reach site if any emergency.

8. Familiarization of Refrigeration System Chillers & Freezers, Compressors, Cooling towers, FCUs, Cold room, ETV doors and related controllers.

9. Working with a team and deliver the work within the planned schedule.

10. Collect the onsite operating parameters like cold room and space temperature and verify with SCADA.

11. Collaborate with Internal teams regarding any controls and programming related onsite works.

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent

2. Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience would be advantageous

3. HVAC knowledge of Chiller Plant, FCU, SCADA, Air side equipment

4. Strong communication and analytical skills.
