Centre Administrator
Location: Bukit Panjang / Choa Chu Kang Area
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (44 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administrative tasks within the centre including enrolment, fees collection and centre related admin matters
Liaise with parents and allied care teachers / therapists on appointments and class schedules
Provide assistance to teachers when required
Conduct daily health checks on the children before classes
Requirement:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good interpersonal skills and work well with various stakeholders
Passionate in handling children
Meticulous, organized and ability to multi-task
