Think Academy Singapore is the leading Edtech company that focuses on online enrichment education. We are looking for a Centre Administrator who has strong organisational skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and parents to join our dynamic team. What you\'ll be involved in:

  • Responsible for managing centre operations and providing outstanding customer service
  • Leads the development of centre initiatives and improvements for the effective delivery of centre programs and services
  • Liaise with HQ, teachers, and parents with regards to students and centre matters
  • Planning of and other administrative issues
  • Manage fees payment and claim matters
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Superior
Working hours:
  • Full-time:
    • Tuesday to Friday, 2pm to 7pm
    • Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 7pm
  • Part-time:
    • 20 hours per week, on adhoc/ operational needs basis
  • Location: Novena, Jurong East or Hougang
Your must-haves/ should-haves:
  • Polytechnic Diploma and above
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or Kindergarten will be a plus
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Highly responsible, meticulous, and able to multi-task
