Safety is always our first consideration, boldness and innovation characterise our approach and doing what matters defines our intent.Lendlease Singapore is currently looking for a Center Executive to join our team.Together with the team, the Center Executive will play a vital role in setting up and managing the operational needs of our new commercial building, Paya Lebar Green (PLG). This position requires a detailed-oriented professional with a solid background in operations, capable of assisting with procurement process, helping to develop and implement operational systems and procedures, and addressing ground operational matters to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the new project.Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships: maintain a strong rapport with tenants and stakeholders (both internal Lendlease, tenants, external parties as well as owners representatives)
• Manage Management Corporation related matters, if applicable
• Management reporting in particular, preparation of quarter asset review reports and other standard reports on progress against KPIs
• Manage centre improvement projects
• Manage centre incidents, including insurance and legal reporting/follow-ups
• Lead centre tours
• Assist the General Manager and work closely with various department on the following:
• Manage the asset infrastructure, centre standards and presentation
• Oversee operational and capital budgets
• Management of financial assets and forecasting
• Day-to-day operation and performance of a mall
• Forecast and manage operating expenses (OPEX) and operation capital expenditure (CAPEX)
• Identify opportunities to maximise and secure income, deliver rent to the owners and optimisation of the rent
• Risk management, including inspections, preventive maintenance, occupational health and safety (OH&S), and emergency / evacuation training & procedures

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate
• Minimum 2 years experiences in facility management
• Possess knowledge and understanding of property management such as profit margins, occupancy costs, expenses and financing
• Proficient in MS Office to prepare reports/presentations
• Familiarity with Management Corporation and the BMSMA is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
