You will:
- Manage the daily operations of the centre.
- Manage the upkeep of the centre and facilities.
- Implement quality standards for all our programmes in the centre.
- Plan and implement communications with parents.
- Lead the staff team and implement all quality standards with the team.
- Prepare financial and centre reports.
- Manage administrative matters related to the centre and students.
- Ensure safety of children within the centre.
- Drive enrolment of students.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Centre Director.
- Diploma or higher in Business Management, Education or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a student care centre / preschool / enrichment centre environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to multi-task.
- Enthusiastic & energetic and has a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company.
