We have been providing the best tuition and enrichment catering for pre-schoolers to junior college students, for the past two decades. . Attend to walk-ins, online, phone and social media enquiries . Oversee the centre operation and administrative tasks . Schedule and deploy classes . Follow up with customers for full resolution of issues . Schedule trial lessons and replacement classes . Respond to parent enquiries . Communicate with parents . Make strategic decisions and expansion plans for physical centres and online classes You should: . Obtained minimum diploma . Possess a strong customer-centric personality and mindset . Possess good communication skill with parents and staff . 2-5 years of experience working in tuition centres or education centres is a plus . Have experience in strategic planning processes . Able to think in unique and independent ways and take on new and interesting activities. . Able to work independently . Able to think in unique and independent ways and take on new and interesting activities. Job requirements: . Proficient with MS Office and Internet . Obtained Diploma, or with 2 - 5 years of experience working in tuition centres or education centres . Ability to work weekdays (1.30pm - 9.30pm) and weekend (9am - 7pm) . Assist in the day-to day operations & administration
