Roles and Responsibilities

A multi-award-winning MO registered English enrichment centre brand in Singapore.

The Centre Operations Director is a group manager role who reports to the CEO directly.

This senior role is:

• In charge of the performance of the centre brands.
• In charge of all aspects of centre operation and business development of the Group
• To develop and build Group\'s centre operation department for both local and international expansion.
• To lead and manage Centre Managers to achieve the sales target set for their respective outlet.
• This includes guiding the Centre Managers in running their teams at the centre to provide worthy service to the customers.
• To ensure that all customer complaints and feedback are handled promptly and professionally by your department.
• To build the best centre operation team to deliver exemplary service to our customers.
• To lead by example as a leader, living the Core Values, Ethos and Competencies championed by the centre

As a group senior manager, you are responsible for:

• Sales performance of the group.
• Recruiting, training and grooming of Centre Managers and other managerials roles under your leadership.
• Managing the performance of those under your charge in an effective and efficient manner.
• Devising strategies and tactics for Centre Managers and the teams that they manage; for the explicit purpose to increase sales and positive branding of our centres.
• Monitoring results of your plans and revise your strategies and methods accordingly.
• Regular reporting of centre performance.
• Duties associated with your role as a group manager.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Must have at least a degree-qualified from a good university
• Worked in the tuition or enrichment industry in Singapore for 5 years minimally.
• At least 3 years in a hands-on, senior leadership position in a tuition or enrichment company, managing multiple outlets with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication and management skills

Benefits and Other Information:

• Work hours: 44 hours a week, 5-days work week
• Locations: Centre HQ in Bukit Timah, but must travel to outlets when required
• SGD 8K per month + Performance Bonus. Salary negotiable, depending on the experience of the candidate.
