1. Role Description: This position plan direct coordinate and evaluate the educational and administrative aspects of education and training services. He/She also plans directs coordinates and evaluates the provision of care for children in before-school after-school vacation and day care centres and services. He/she oversees the planning implementation and monitoring of pedagog y and programmes for the centre. 2. Specific Responsibilities:
Establish rationale for learning experience evaluations based on organisational considerations
Identify appropriate evaluation models and approaches
Develop learning experience evaluation plans
Analyse data collected to determine effectiveness of learning experiences
Review learning experiences across the all learning activities
Present evaluation findings to relevant stakeholders
Determine gaps and improvement areas across all learning activities
Identify key business objectives and strategic priorities that drive organisational growth
Develop operational processes which align with regulatory and industry standards
Lead and integrate cross-functional projects and initiatives
Resolve escalated operational and performance issues
Determine key performance indicators to track and monitor the efficiency of operational processes
Evaluate operational processes and impact on service delivery
Spearhead improvements to operational processes
Lead the implementation of operational changes
Provide guidance on the use of performance management tools and resources available
Engage employees in understanding their roles and responsibilities in performance management
Monitor adherence to performance management requirements
Train line managers on the appropriate mind set and behaviours in conducting performance reviews
Develop review systems for obtaining feedback related to performance management systems
Review trends on the impact of performance management programmes on businesses
Recommend refinements to performance management programmes based on industry best practices
Develop learning calendar for programmes based on manpower and resource considerations
Manage venues, logistics and resources across organisation\xe2\x80\x99s programmes
Manage vendors providing services
Provide support to stakeholders involved in the delivery of programmes
Develop learning effectiveness feedback forms and tools
Analyse learning effectiveness reports
Recommend improvement actions for programmes to relevant internal stakeholders
