Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Assist Centre manager to handle the day-to-day operations of the Centre and achieve licensing standards.
  • Plan, keep track and implement programs and schedules.
  • Assisting in budget management and cost-effectiveness in Centre operations.
  • Scheduling staff rosters and ensure enough of manpower in Centre
  • Manage patients and family members enquiries, feedback, complaints
  • Identify training needs for staff and work with HR on the required training programmes.
  • Manage Centre logistics and procurement of supplies, handles suppliers, vendors and contractors.
  • Identify suitable vendors and contractors for Centre in accordance to existing procurement SOP.
  • Manage both internal and external auditors, and assist to implement and update Centre policies.
  • Interviewing and selection of candidates together with HR Departments
  • Conduct checks on staff & caterers on compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in the food process.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Nursing and above.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in healthcare or senior care setting.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
