Centre Supervisor / Operation Executive (healthcare Senior Care)

Job Description
- Manage daily routine including meal preparation, serving of meals, preparing clients for activities, conducting of activities, reviews of clients and cleaning duties of care staff.
- Work with medical team including centre nurse and care staff to ensure clients specific needs are met and communicated to the team.
- Oversees the smooth functioning and operation of the Senior Care Centre.
- Participate in the orientation and provide training to new care staffs.
- Provide ongoing training and monitoring of care staff in the area of provision of care to day care clients
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
- Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degrees in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Healthcare Discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience
