Job Description


:

Responsible for the smooth operation and administration of the Senior Care Centre at Toa Payoh. Lead and develop the team ensuring quality care, safety and meaningful activities for our clients. Drive customer service quality and collaborate well with community stakeholders and partners.

  • Take charge of the Centres day-to-day operations to achieve a high level of customer service and client engagement
  • Recruit, build, lead and supervise a competent and committed team to achieve centre / divisional / organisational goals and plan employee development to fill proficiency gaps
  • Design, develop and oversee the running of all programs
  • Deliver quality performance, operational efficiency and compliance through continuous improvements through supervision and coaching of teams performance to ensure client\'s health / physical / social / mental well-being and safety, and betterment of the centre
  • Manage the conduct of client assessments during admission and periodic reviews
  • Conduct multi-disciplinary case discussions
  • Oversee the updating of clients Individual Care Plan (ICP)
  • Manage administrative duties e.g plan & roster transport, activities and manpower as well as ensure financial / operational sustainability and accountability including budgeting, accurate financial reports, invoices, stock inventory, SOP, audits, documentation, etc
  • Achieve minimum 95% utilization rate at a steady rate for Daycare
  • Ensure the centre is well-positioned for service and financial audits
  • Oversee feedback management
  • Ensure centre facilities, equipment, and assets are in good working conditions and promptly carry out scheduled servicing
  • Take care of the long-term strategic planning and development of the Senior Care Centre
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders; AIC, Silver Generation Office, grassroots, RCs, healthcare entities e.g. hospitals, GP clinics, schools and other social service agencies. Also, funders, sponsors and volunteers to impact community through our services and network and foster integration of work and services within the organization
Requirements :
  • At least 2 years experience as a supervisor or manager in senior care centre, dementia care, geriatrics or healthcare settings
  • Passion and patience in serving the elderly clients
  • Team player with good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to listen and express clearly and concisely
  • Able to work independently and under time constraints
  • Ability to interact with Mandarin and dialect-speaking clients
  • Singaporeans and local PRs preferred
